How to send PGP encrypted emails
Most decent email clients (mutt, Thunderbird, Evolution, etc.) support PGP keys out of the box, you'll just need to add a key in your account settings. If you use a webmail client, like Gmail, you can use a browser extension like FlowCrypt.
How to verify PGP signed files
There are many tools which allow you to verify a signature on a file, such as GPG on Linux, Kleopatra on Windows, and GPG Suite on Mac.
