Here is my PGP public key. You can use it to verify any digitally signed files by me, or to communicate with me privately and securely. My email address is luke (at) collins (dot) mt.
How to send PGP encrypted emails
Most decent email clients (mutt, Thunderbird, Evolution, etc.) support PGP keys out of the box, you'll just need to add a key in your account settings. If you use a webmail client, like Gmail, you can use a browser extension like FlowCrypt.
How to verify PGP signed files
There are many tools which allow you to verify a signature on a file, such as GPG on Linux, Kleopatra on Windows, and GPG Suite on Mac.
